Evans, Richard J.

Ο Richard J. Evans γεννήθηκε στο Λονδίνο το 1947. Από το 1989 ώς το 1998 υπήρξε καθηγητής ιστορίας στο Birkbeck College του Πανεπιστημίου του Λονδίνου. Από το 1998 είναι καθηγητής νεότερης ιστορίας στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Καίμπριτζ. Το 1994 τιμήθηκε με το Μετάλλιο του Αμβούργου για την Τέχνη και την Επιστήμη, που προορίζεται για σημαντικές πολιτιστικές υπηρεσίες στην πόλη.
